Getting a Chroma in Blooket comes down to three paths, and which one applies to you determines exactly how many tokens you need. For random pulls, the Ice Monster Pack beats every other pack by a wide margin — about 11,550 tokens for a 50% cumulative chance at any of its three Chromas, versus 27,720+ for every single-Chroma pack. If you’d rather skip probability entirely, seasonal one-day Chromas are purchased outright, no RNG involved.
Path 1 — Random pack pulls: Open a pack containing a Chroma and let probability decide. Available any time, no cap on attempts, but no outcome is guaranteed no matter how many tokens you spend.
Path 2 — Seasonal guaranteed purchases: On specific calendar windows, Blooket sells named Chromas directly in the market at a fixed token price with no randomness. This is the only path with a 100% success rate.
Path 3 — Event and contest awards: A separate set of Chromas is awarded only to top finishers in specific Blooket-hosted events. No token strategy applies — you either place high enough or you don’t get one.

Most packs carry exactly one Chroma. A few carry two or three at once — and if your goal is “get a Chroma,” not one specific named color, the packs with multiple Chromas are dramatically more efficient, because every opening checks against all of them at once.

The Ice Monster Pack wins because it stacks three separate Chroma chances into one 25-token roll — a combined 0.15% per opening, five times better than the next-best permanent pack. Every other pack on this list carries only one shot per opening, which is why the token cost climbs so fast.
One important caveat on the Space Pack: its Chroma isn’t a single fixed target — a different colored Astronaut is active each day of the week (Red on Fridays, Pink on Mondays, and so on), and only that day’s color can drop. The 0.05% combined rate holds regardless of which day it is, but if you’re chasing one specific color rather than any Astronaut, you can only make progress on its assigned day.

The honest answer depends on what you’re optimizing for, and there are three different correct answers:

A handful of additional Contest of Candy tier-reward Chromas (Chick Chicken, Chicken Chick, Raccoon Bandit, Owl Sheriff, Vampire Frog, Santa Claws, Cookies Combo, Chilly Flamingo, Snowy Bush Monster) followed the same toy-set and sticker-set collection thresholds, all sold for 300 tokens.
None of these are obtainable today — every listed event has ended. They’re included here for collection reference, not as an active acquisition path.
19 Chromas have been permanently retired from Blooket’s packs — and notably, every single one came from a seasonal pack (Blizzard, Spooky, or Autumn). No Chroma from a permanent, year-round pack like Ice Monster or Space has ever been retired, since seasonal packs rotate their lineup yearly while permanent packs don’t.

The Elf Sweater Snowman holds the lowest drop rate ever recorded for a Chroma at 0.01%, before its retirement in 2024. It’s since been replaced in the Blizzard Pack lineup by Chilly Chameleon and Peppermint Bark.
Token generators, Chroma hacks, and pull scripts advertised for Blooket don’t work, for a structural reason: both your token balance and every pack’s drop outcome are calculated server-side, not on your device. A browser script or extension has nothing to intercept — the number it would need to change was never sent to your browser in the first place.
Using unofficial scripts, token generators, or third-party “guaranteed Chroma” tools risks account suspension. Blooket monitors for abnormal token patterns and unauthorized access.
Any guide claiming a specific method “guarantees” a Chroma from random pack pulls is misleading. More openings raise your cumulative probability, but every single opening still carries the same small individual odds — the eleventh pull is no more likely than the first. The only path with an actual 100% success rate is the seasonal guaranteed purchase in Path 2.
Pick one pack and commit. Splitting tokens across multiple packs divides your cumulative probability across separate pools. Every token spent on a different pack doesn’t count toward your target.
Grind to the daily cap consistently. Solo Study Mode sessions are the most efficient token source; the daily cap applies regardless of mode, so steady daily play beats irregular large sessions.
Sell duplicates and reinvest. Every duplicate Chroma sold returns 300 tokens (350 for a handful of top-tier event Chromas); Legendaries return 200, Epics 75, Rares 20, Uncommons 5. Reinvesting sellback tokens into your target pack extends your opening count without extra grinding.
Bulk opening doesn’t change your odds. Per-opening probability is identical whether you open one pack a day or a hundred in one sitting. What bulk opening does do is make your actual results easier to compare against your calculated expected odds in a single session.
