Blue Butterfly retains the wing shape and overall pose but replaces the orange-and-black Monarch coloring with solid blue wings. Notably, the crown present on the base Butterfly is removed on the Blue Butterfly , making it one of the few Chroma reskins that loses a design element rather than gaining one. The blue coloring is likely inspired by the Common Blue or the Blue Morpho butterfly species.
The Butterfly blook itself represents the adult form of the Caterpillar blook, connecting the Bug Pack’s lifecycle theme. Blue Butterfly is the only non-seasonal, non-retired Chroma in the Bug Pack.
